Louise Haba

Louise is a Masters degree student at Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Conakry, Guinea. After successfully completing training in manatee research and conservation techniques as part of a Guinea Manatee Fellowship from 2022-2024, Louise began her Master studies in 2025. She has a Bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Kindia, and her Masters research focuses on the feeding ecology of African manatees in Guinea’s interior rivers.
